What is a monthly design retainer?

A retainer package is paid up front each month before any work is requested.

Based on the retainer package you select; I will block out my schedule with the appropriate amount of hours each month and plan my workload accordingly. You have peace of mind knowing that you will receive a pre-established amount of work each month, and your monthly marketing budget will be consistent.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept e-transfer, direct deposit, or cheque as payment. An installment schedule may be required depending on the length of time needed to complete your project. For busy small business owners, monthly retainer packages are also an option to help balance their marketing budgets.

What does a logo design cost, and how long does the process take?

Creating a Brand Identity Package can take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks. A Brand Identity Package includes: creating a Primary, secondary and social media logo formats, an extensive primary and secondary colour palette, suggested typography & hierarchy, along with an accompanying brand style guide. The cost of a Brand Identity Package has several variables: It depends on the number of concepts you’d like to see, how many edits are agreed upon, logo usage, and the number of decision-makers. What happens if I require more revisions than allotted?

If the design process exceeds the allowed revisions for the quoted project, additional charges may be applied at $95/hour. Before these fees are incurred, you will be notified if you are nearing your included revisions.

Do you offer web development, photography, copywriting, or print services?

No, I don’t offer these services, but I have several contacts that I’m happy to refer you to in the Barrie area.
