How does it work?

A retainer package is paid up front each month before any work is requested.

Based on the retainer package you select; I will block out my schedule with the appropriate amount of hours each month and plan my workload accordingly. You have peace of mind knowing that you will receive a pre-established amount of work each month, and your monthly marketing budget will be consistent.

Pine Retainer

PINE RETAINER

  • 15 hours per month
  • Hourly rate for 15-hour package is $93
  • Priority service in projects
  • If additional hours are required in the month: billed at $95/hr

Investment: $1395/month + HST

Pine Retainer

OAK RETAINER

  • 25 hours per month
  • Hourly rate for 25-hour package is $91
  • Priority service in projects
  • If any hours are unused during the month, they rollover to the following month. Any rollover hours must be used the following month.*
  • If additional hours are required in the month: billed at $95/hr

Investment: $2275/month + HST

Pine Retainer

WALNUT RETAINER

  • 35 hours per month
  • Hourly rate for 35 hour package is $89
  • Priority service in projects
  • If any hours are unused during the month, they rollover to the following month. Any rollover hours must be used the following month.*
  • If additional hours are required in the month: billed at $95/hr

Investment: $3115/month + HST

Graphic design retainer details & terms

  • 3-month minimum commitment would be required for initial agreement. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate the program to ensure the number of hours are fitting your business needs. After that, we can move to 6, 9, or 12-month commitments.
  • Each retainer includes a set number of hours per month. Overage in monthly hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $95 per hour.
  • *Unused hours will roll over to the following month. Roll over hours must be used the following month, or the hours will expire.
  • You will get an invoice on the last day of each month (with 30-day terms), that notes any roll over hours (if any) to be used the following month, depending on your selected package. The invoice will include the monthly retainer package rate and any additional charges from the month, such as licensing fees for stock photography or any additional hours beyond the retainer agreement (which would be billed at $95/hr). Please note, when a new month starts, the initial monthly retainer hours will be used up first, and rollover hours will be used afterwards.

What type of services are included?

  • Digital Design Projects – webpage mock-ups, sell sheets, eBooks, whitepapers, guides, social media graphics, blog banners, web banner ads, email templates & graphics, and other web graphics
  • Print Design Projects – direct mailers, brochures, event handouts, tradeshow booths, pocket folders, business cards, greeting cards, and other print materials
  • Please note services do not include:
    • Logo design. Logos will be quoted separately
    • Any purchased stock images or graphics will be billed as a separate line item on your monthly invoice
    • Web development services
